* Extras *
Please discuss beforehand needs for scrubbing cabinets, walls, or floorboards, as well as dishes or laundry. Let me know if you'd like these extra services and we can figure out how much extra time to add to your cleaning for the size of the job.
* Notes *
I don't stand on or move furniture, so working at height is not something I normally do without being provided with a quality ladder. Windows are not included in the price of a cleaning for this reason.
Pricing
$35 / hour, 2 hour minimum
Small apartment - 2 hours ($70)
Small house - 2.5 hours ($87.50)
2-bathroom house - 3 hours ($105)
3-bathroom house - 3.5 hours ($122.50)
These are suggested times for different sized homes. Please contact me with any special requests or if you need a more substantial cleaning for a larger home.
